1. Are the smartphones sold on ST Mobile Mart official and authentic?
Yes, 100%. We only sell genuine, authentic products directly sourced from official brand distributors or authorized importers. All official phones come with valid manufacturer warranties.
2. What is the difference between "Official" and "Unofficial" phones?
Official Phones: Come with an official brand warranty valid at any authorized service center nationwide. They are legally imported and registered with the local telecom regulatory authority.
Unofficial/International Variants: Global versions of the phone that do not carry a local official brand warranty. However, we often provide a shop warranty (checking warranty) for these devices.
3. An item is marked "Out of Stock." When will it be available again?
Restock times vary by brand and model. You can click the "Notify Me" button on the product page, and we will automatically email or SMS you as soon as the item is back in stock.

4. How do I place an order online?
Shopping at ST Mobile Mart is simple:
Browse and select your desired phone or accessory.
Click "Add to Cart" and proceed to "Checkout."
Fill in your delivery details, choose your preferred payment method, and click "Place Order."
You will receive an instant confirmation email/SMS with your Order ID.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available in selected areas).
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Mobile Financial Services / Digital Wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, PayPay, LinePay—depending on your region).

6. Do you offer EMI (Installment) facilities?
Yes! We offer EMI facilities for online and in-store credit card purchases with selected partner banks. You can choose your preferred EMI tenure (3, 6, 9, or 12 months) during the checkout process.

7. How long will it take to get my order?
8. Can I open the package and check the phone before paying the courier?
For Cash on Delivery, you must pay the courier agent the full invoice amount before opening the official smartphone box seal. However, to ensure your safety against transit damage, you must record a continuous unboxing video when opening the parcel.
9. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If the outer courier packaging looks heavily damaged, torn, or tampered with, do not accept the delivery and contact our hotline immediately. If you accept it, make sure to record a complete unboxing video to claim a replacement.
🔧 Warranty & Returns
10. How do I claim a warranty for my device?
For Official Warranty items, you can walk into any official brand service center with the invoice/warranty card we provided.
For Shop Warranty items, please bring the device directly to our physical retail outlet or ship it to our warehouse.
11. What is your return/replacement policy?
We offer a 3-day replacement window if your product has an out-of-the-box manufacturing hardware defect or if the wrong item was delivered. The product must be completely unused, with its original box seal intact (unless a hardware defect is proven inside), and backed by a valid unboxing video. We do not accept returns for a "change of mind."
